If any parcel is found to contain illegal, prohibited, or misdeclared items, the company reserves the full right to hold, reject, or hand over the shipment to relevant authorities.
In such cases, a minimum penalty of USD 220 will be charged to the customer. Additionally, any legal actions, fines, or extra charges arising from the shipment will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
The company will not be liable for any loss, seizure, or delays caused under such circumstances.
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delay of parcels during transit.
Claims will only be considered if the shipment was insured at the time of booking.
If approved, the claim amount will be limited to the declared value of the parcel and subject to policy limits.
